In Search of a Low-fat, Low-sodium, Sugar-free Asian Sauce

For a quick and convenient meal, I like to microwave frozen stir-fry-type veggies and put them on top of a heap of brown rice (I'll add chicken or tofu for some protein). I want to add a little flavor. Do you have some suggestions/recipes for a healthful (low fat, low sodium and sugar free) Asian-type sauce I could pour over this concoction? Or how about a ready-made product that fits the bill? That would be preferable. I'm looking for something quick and easy. Any suggestions/tips would be greatly appreciated.

Try Bragg's liquid aminos. It's like soy sauce, but a bit stronger. It has very little sodium, which occurs naturally. There's like 16 or so amino acids in it. Good stuff. I bought mine at a health food store, but it's available online as well. My family didn't notice the change from soy sauce to Bragg's. I use it in stir fries, and marinades, too.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've seen Bragg's on the shelf at my local Whole Foods. I'll have to give it a try.
