Genetic testing is not illegal unless a company uses it and the information contained in it for discriminatory purposes. Health insurance companies are also not allowed to base their decisions on genetic testing.

It legal. You can use genetic testing for DNA to see if children are yours or not. You can use genetic test to see if you have any health problems that will be hereditary to your children. I heard it about $2,000 per person for these testing. I heard insurance dont cover these. There are more useful things for genetic testing.

Of course it is legal. You use genetic testing to discover harmful genes, etc. For example, Huttington's Chorea is a desease that is inherited. You would use genetic testing to determine whether or not the gene for this disease had been passed on to you or your child. There are many other uses for genetic testing - I don't really know them all.
