Do you agree or you dont ? Do you think the Church should continue its struggle to revoke the government's decision?

How very sad, abortion. People can call it all sorts of things, but the end product of pregnancy is a baby, so destroying that at any point after conception is murder in my opinion. Yeah, I know lots of people don't agree, that's okay. I think better birth control BEFORE pregnancy occurs is a much better choice. Education, and possibly supplying the means, that is what I would chose.

I can't read the above post because I am not set for 'adult content', I wonder if this is probably one of the times I should be really glad of that. I may be wrong but I am kinda assuming that poster didn't like my giving my opinion.

Well... I think it is not good to give an institution the right to kill, whatever the excuse is. I think althougth many people could accept this excuse (in this case, that the victim is not old enough to suffer, or will suffer more otherwise, or whatever), the power given to this institution can get out of control and start finding other excuses to kill, what gives it more power and will get into a inhumane system.

I think you didn't understood me, PsycoDude. I said it is okay, in some situations I could accept euthanasia too. But if you give an institution the right to kill people because they are ill, don't you think this power could be used in a bad way to kill people that are not in such terminal situation? We all know about corruption in burocracy, what if this corruption played with lifes instead of only money?

There is already another, mercy kill for the terminally ill. Something which I don't think leads to an inhumane system but actually a humane system. In my opinion it is inhumane to let any person needlessly suffer and everything should be made possible to prevent that.

Unless church would also want to take care of the children which would be set on the planet without abortion I think it's a good thing. In my opinion a child can better not be born at all rather than being born unwanted or ending up as an adoption kid being added to the list of millions of others waiting to be finally adopted.

It is stated as an exception in the law in my country, but even then still I personally don't see at as murder because the unborn child isn't viable of life yet anyways. After a certain week where it would be viable of life it also is no longer allowed to undergo an abortion unless there's a high risk of the child being born severely deformed or with severe brain damage.
