When was the last time you had fun with your kids?

I feel guilty too when we get so caught up with work and household chores that we forget to have fun! Two weekends ago, we took the two girls to the Old Port downtown from where we live. There was a visiting Navy ship docked there for people to see (and with my husband being ex-Navy, he was interested to see it). We walked the cobblestone streets, listened to the Navy band, petted the horses for the caleches (carriages), took lots of photos, watched the street performers and shopped in little boutiques. It was a really beautiful afternoon. Afterwards, we went out for a nice dinner together and then home to watch a movie. It was a full day an one that we all enjoy very much! :)

Friday my daughter had no school. So we went camping. We had the pool to ourselves for 3 hours. We had a blast swimming together than we went to lunch ans shared quisadieassa and fries. We then watched a movie together. It was a great day.

last ssturday. they were not my kids actually, theyre my nephews and neices. i went home last saturday cause its my fathers bitrthday. i live away actually so everytime i go home is the only time i can spend playing time with these kids. they always look for me when im gone, my mom said, hehe.. anyway, last saturday, we played at the lawn and during the night time we had dinner together. and sang a happy birthday song to my father.

I used to have fun with my kids when i get home after office hours. Then, we go outside during weekends. I would say the last time i had fun with my kids was just this morning before i get in to my job.

Yesterday I took my daughter swimming by my moms. She makes me laugh all the time. When we got in the pool it was kind of cold and she says cole with a smaile from ear to ear. Then shes running around saying 1 2 3 like she going to jump in the pool and her daddy is chasing after her while hes in the pool. Shes laughing so hard. It was fun

Today me and my two year old were wrestling around and playing. Then I try to everyday make my infant baby girl laugh. I just love their new laugh. I try to spend time with them each day because they grow up so fast.
