Gophers are driving me crazy!

I don't like gophers. How can I get rid of them without killing them? They are destroying my very small garden. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanking you in advance for your comments.

I am moving soon and the gophers aren't going with me! The new house probably has gophers in it just like the rest of southern California. Your suggestion is excellent re: the Badger. LOL

The only good thing about a gopher is they losen the soil up pretty nice. LOL! My littlest girl loves to play in gopher dirt. I don't know what to tell you, naty, except try calling animal control. I had to buy some poison peanuts to throw in their holes, because they just keep digging up the garden! They ate all our potatoes last year, and didn't save us a single one! I'm not going to let that happen again this year.

You are right the soil they bring up and loosen is a natural disaster LOL. Good luck in your garden. Thanks for your suggestion!

Not sure how to get rid of them. I do remember my grandpa putting a hose and running water through the gopher's holes. That is just a tempory fix though because they do come back in a short while. You might look into a professional that takes care of that kind of problem.
