Yes I do as well! I also use plain yogert in differnt salads that call for mayo. It cuts down on the fat and other naughty things that mayo has. It also seems to bring out the flavor ot the food better, Mayo is so heavy.

Thanks for the information. I love yogurt and I eat it every day for breakfast. My favorite flavor is cherry vanilla.

That's not so bad, the sick part is that it also has squished bug in it too. What does that do for your appetite?

My son and I eat yogurt everyday! I have some stomach issues and probiotics really help that.

I love yogurt. I just don't look at it as any kind of bacteria. I eat it because i like it . so nothing anyone can say will change that for me.

Yogurt is good for you. It also fights off bacteria and helps in many ways. I love all kinds of yogurt. Nothing wrong with it at all. :)

Yea, cheese is made from mold, yogurt has life active good bacteria for your stomach and intestines. What is so bad about that? It makes your stomach and intestines healthy! Keep on eating that yogurt and cheese :) Pablo

I occassionally eat yogurt but only flavored yogurt. Sometimes with fruit added. Plain yogurt is rather tasteless, but I have used it in some cooking recipes. I like cottage cheese as well as long I i have fruit with it. Some people eat cottage cheese with just some salt and pepper but I need fruit with it. One of my ex husbands favorite meals was broiled steak with cottage cheese on the side.

what? to eat? or, do you have something in common with dogs? Or do you just enjoy dogs as opposed to tubs of yogurt for being more friendly. I like dogs because they have eyebrows and I like yogurt as a food and also as a basis for facials as it contributes to the effectiveness of other products like oat paste as a skin conditioner. But then that's just me.
