What do you do toward an angry foreigner?

My wife and I went to IKEA last Saturday. When we were waiting in a queue
to pay, a foreign woman suddenly yelled at an employee at the counter in a very loud voice.

i guess you could get a manager and try to find out why they're yelling.but if it's in a language no one in the store understands,i really don't know what can be done unless they find somebody that does.
