Friends....yawning is a natural phenomenon and is said that lack of oxygen in the brain causes a person to yawn. I am facing a problem, whwere sitting still for 2 mintes is a pain. I just start yawning wether at home, at work, or during a visit. Is there any remedy to it?

If it happens a lot when you have been sitting anywhere it might be your posture. Perhaps the oxygen is not getting to your brain well enough. If it persists it might be best to ask your doctor about it. I find that I yawn quite a lot at work but think that is more from a lack of fresh air than boredom. I am finding these discussions about yawning are making me yawn now ...... zzzz

I think, you should go for some morning walk, or some after dinner evening walk. Infact some good hair oil massage or some yoga therapy might also come handy. As far as I can see the cause of your problem seems to be improper or not very sound sleep. So better find remedies for sleeping tight and not for yawning.Else, taking a physicians advice will also be good. It is symptoms that can help us prevent any other future problems.

Firstly let me tell you there is nothing wrong in yawning, however you may feel embarrassed to yawn in office. I can only tell you that the remedy which i know of is to wash your face with water.
