How old are the boys & the girls when they got married in your country?

Hi,bonnie2008! In China,THE LAW OF MARRIAGE rule that girls can get married at 20 years old and boys can get married at 22 years old.But in big cities,the ruled age is too young for men and women.

In my country, it depends on the community they belong to that would determine the ideal age fro marriage. Most conservative communities insist that girls should get married latest by 23 and guys by 25, while the othe moderate communities prefer around 28-both guys and girls.

Officially when you are 16, you can marry if you want-but with permision of your parents. When you are 18- you are free to do it.This is the low. And many teens hurry to marry right now, when they finish their schools because they think that they are enough mature to take responsibility.

I'm Italian, I live in Italia. The average age in which Italian people get married is about 28/32 years old. Once things were very different: Italian persons got married very young, above all the girls, but now in my country life is very hard, very expensive and so people wait a lot time before marrying, they want finish their studies, find a good job and a house.

Im from india and i think that boys are generally from 23-30 when they get married and girls from 21-30. There are many things like career and all for the decision to get married. Also boys first of all give a lot of important to make a good career , dont think of marriage much till age of 24, then when they start earning a decent amount of money they think about marriage. Even girls of some castes hate o mary before setting up a career path. So the career is an important factor in most of the cases.

In india legal age of ladies is 18 and guys is 21. But now here they all get married after their education. But i am not satisfied with it. Because after become educated their age will be minimum 28 for guy and 25 for girl. So after the marriage the first baby will born after 1 and half years. So the guys age will be 30 atmost. The baby will get aged at 20 years. That time the age of guy will be 50 and lady will be 48. They become old when their baby get aged. So in my opinion they want to get married when they get matured. It also help everyone to control their bad thinkings.

Im from India and earlier mena nd women used to get marrie dimmediately after they graduate form college. But now the scenrio is changing - its more of whether they are settled career wise that decides when they amrry rather than just age. But typically its 28-29 for men and 25 for women.

men and women in my country get married when they are 18 years old and above. Normally, we wait until we graduate from the university and get ourself a job first before getting married. Late 20 years old is the suitable age to get married.

in the philippines, the legal age to be married is 18, but the people from the provinces or the poor communities choose to live-in with their partners as early as 12... the trend in our country nowadays, professionals or (at least) high-school educated people tend to get married late, from late 20's to even in their 40's.

in china,the legal ages are 20 for girls and 22 for boys.but ppl in rural places still marry earlier.

in my country,the age to get married different from cities and small countries.for a young citizen who have been to get married after work ing for 3 years at 28years,and in small country,young will get married when they graduated from middle school at 18 years old,one of my classmates who had been to get married after graduating from school,now he have a kids who is 7 years old,and i don't get married,i am 25 year old.

In my country; Mauritius, buys usually get married between the age of 27-30 and girls from 24-28... As you said those who do further studies get married in late 20s. But in the past girls were getting married earlier since they were not doing till tertiary education! Now girls in my country don not get married before the age of 25... But i am an exception! i already did my degree and i got married at the age of 22

Here,in india after the girl is 18 and the guy is 21,they can legally get married...but it depends from person to person...some get married at an early age some wait till 25-26 or maybe even late..it depends on the person actually..

In India the official minimum age for marriage for guys is 21 years and for for girls it is 18 years. Though in poor illiterate families esp. in rural india and also within poor muslim families too child marriages do take place even now which is illegal but government turn's blind eye for petty vote bank politics. Though in educated folk in urban society girls are married from 22 to 30 years and guys from 24 to 35 years.

In India, the official age for getting married is 18 for girls and 21 for boys. However, there is a wide variety of people who get married at different ages. I have known many poor muslim families where girls were married off illegaly at the age of 14-17. Sometimes they are married off to much older men from the Arab countries too. In some parts of the country, i.e. the business families, people marry off their children almost as soon as they reach the legal age for marriage. When they get older than 23 or 24 years of age, they are considered too 'old' for marriage!! In the west, people marry only after they have completed their education, which might mean 28 for girls and 30+ for boys. In most of the country the educated classes marry around 22-25 for girls and 25-30 for boys. Among uneducated classes, the age is much lesser, probably 17-20 for both men and women.

In my country the young who have been to university usually got married after graduation .when they may be nearly 28 years old. for those who haven't been to university perhaps are 20. It is more early in those small villages for those young. I'm from China, and I'm 27 years old, and I hope to get married this year. But my bf and I have no enough money to buy a house, so I will be married the next year.
