Two MyLot account from the same computer???????

I want to send my bro a referal but is it allowed to login into two accounts in MyLot from the same I.P Address

According to myLot, you may have two myLot accounts sharing the same IP address, as long as they dont share PayPal or e-gold accounts, and will be monitored closely to prevent cheating. I checked into this before referring my son and that was the information I was given.
