My favorite vegetable is carrot.
Especially sweet carrot. I really like it.

here the period for asparagus, the recipe is to have it with a bit of butter and ham.

I love so many different vegetables. It is really quite difficult to choose just one. I think celery is my current favorite. I love it as a seasoning in just about everything, especially soups, but it is absolutely wonderful when dipped in hummus. Yum!

I don't know that I could pick a favorite veggie as I love almost all of them. I do think that peas are one of my most well liked though. However, I will eat most any kind of veggie. Fried green tomatoes could be a favorite too!!

Lately I've been totally digging the avacados. You know, guacamole. As well, they're delicious in salads and especially on sandwhiches. I just can't get enough.

I really like cucumbers, and I see that no one's mentioned them so far. In the summer I used to just take cucumbers and eat them whole. They are positively delicious, especially fresh out of the garden.

i love lettuce and carrots,
i always make a salad everyday and i love it so much.
i like green beans too,we cook it by putting meat bits and with other veggies.

my favorite vegetable are cucumbers. my 3 year old daughter would definately choose peas. it's her favorite food. if she doens't want to eat anything or make makeup her mind that's what she has. she went through a faze when she was 18 months or so where all she ate for 2 weeks were peas.
