Do you enjoy the animated movies more than your children. I know I enjoy the Lion King more than my children did I even bought the DVD and still watch it. Wished I could have seen the play.

I love animated movies. They take me back to my youth sometimes. I think it's something in us that feeds the little person still inside us. I love them and watch them every chance I get.

I don't know if they take me back or I am just a big kid. I enjoy them too, and we have movie night and watch movies all night.

Definately do, and prefer them to a lot of the movies that are around at the moment. Have watched Happy Feet this week and the dance movements were very catching, almost had to tie myself to the chair to keep from getting up and joining them! lol The movie was very well done. I also loved Finding Nemo and could watch that over again... such a child at heart. lol

I love animated movies! I dont know if I love them more than my daughter (she can watch the same movie over and over again) but I do appreciate them very much. My favorites are Happy Feet, The Barnyard, Shrek 2, Lion King, many different Disney movies.

I enjoyed the little Mermaid too, and you don't have to be ashamed, I think we are all adults here and can say we all have a inner child crying to come out sometimes. In some cases all of the time.

I love animation, I want to work on it. I love the Lion King, Toy Story, Bugs, Shreck... I am specially interested in 3D things, and also in screenplays that blend some adult jokes that don't harm the children, such as the marihuana packet that the police has taken from the cat in Shreck 2, very funny... And majestic work.

Yes, I love those movies too, I forgot I had Toy Story in my collection and Bugs too. I enjoy 3D movies too, I went to one of those movie theaters with the 4D where the chair movies and you feel like you are in the movie too. I loved them and a little adult humor is also good too.

Now I would have pegged you for the Charlotte's Web even with your daughter but I love the movie but I love the book better. And stop bragging, you get to see all the plays living right there in NY.

I enjoy watching the animated movies with my grandkids, but my daughter has more fun than I do watching them. We have family night once a week and make popcorn, and watch a 2 or 3 movies.

i think i sometimes do. i also love the disney channel. i could watch that all day...well almost, some of the little little kid stuff bothers me. but i am very thrilled to be a mom, cuz i can sit and watch all those movies again! when i was prego, we went to see some movie, well one of the kids' one was playing, can't remember what was playing, but my hubby said, "i can't wait til he's born and gets a little older so we can bring him to the movies, and watch these movies." which, no one stops you from seeing them, BUT movies are so expensive anymore, we have to decide what we REALLY want to see on the big screen, and what others we can wait on...so the animated ones get put on the back burner!

I totally agree going to the movies can be rather expensive, at first I was like you I use my children to go to these movies but I have seen quite a few adults that go without children. But I don't like going to the movies much because of all the noise that I wait until the DVD comes out to get it. It is less expensive that way too.

me too. the fact that it's expensive, AND i hate sitting RIGHT next to someone i don't know. that's why it's hard for me to go see new releases, all the noise AND people. i'm a home-body, and renting movies is much cheaper!! (but i miss the movie popcorn! lol)

I'm 20 something already, but I still enjoy watching animated movies! My favorite? It's got to be Ratatouille. I watched it a couple of days ago and I was so impressed! The animation is awesome and it's super funny and inspiring. I wasn't expecting it to be really good.
