The best place to build a photography website?

I want to build a site but I don’t have a big budget. I would need an easy to use provider, possibly with a site builder so I wouldn’t have to mess around with HTML. I’ll also need somewhere that will provide hosting. Any ideas? I’ve looked at Clikpic but it looks a little expensive for what it is. £95 for three years then another £6 for a .co.uk for two years. Let me know what you think. Thank you!

If you want to make it "professional" and see rewards which could cover other areas and help. (which I would do for free) I am a web designer/web master and there's nothing more that I enjoy online than helping friends. (seriously)

Try to build free site with www.freewebs.com html free and have ready site building design. If you like to make add free site then their fees may be low.

It might sound silly, but if you want a lot of publicity, and a free site, myspace.com is the way to go. One of my friends has a photography site on there... its www.myspace.com/anastasiaphotography if you want to check it out.
