What To Do In Order To Have Healthy Hair Again?

Normally, we shampoo our hair every morning as we take a bath. At times, when it gets too hot and we get overly sweaty, we do it again in the late afternoon or in the evening. When the hair gets dry because of too much shampooing despite using hair condtitioners, what will be the best remedy to get it back into shape and be healthy again?

Because of the texture of my hair I can't wash it every day because it will become very dry.I normally wash and condition my hair everyweek when I dont have my braids in.To keep my hair healthy I use a hot oil treatment and condition it.I use indian hemp on my scalp.I try to keep a healthy diet but its hard for me because they say whatever you eat reflects on the outside. Now how can I resist my cheese cake?lol

I have experienced this condition in the past by shampooing on successive days.I started using an oil eversince.Once I am done shampooing ,I apply some oil all over my hair and wash it off.It works very well for me and makes the hair soft. One thing less to worry about, lol.

You should only wash it with shampoo about every 2~3 days actually to prevent it from drying out, although shampoo is good for getting it clean and getting the fat off using it frequently will make your hair dry out and your scalpel produce more grease so you'll end up having dry, bristle hair with fat roots. Even if you washed it just a couple of hours ago it'll look like you haven't washed it for a month.
