Mother's day idea

Moms love flipping through photos of their precious little (or not so little) ones, so why not take photos of the day and make a Mother's Day memory book? Buy a good-quality scrapbook at a craft store, along with some photo mounting squares. Then, each year you can add to the book, creating a unique record of the holiday--and a family heirloom.

That is a fantastic idea. I think I might try that, I found a nice craft store here locally that is very inexpensive. That is a great idea and something I can give to my daughter when she is older and would treasure it more.

I love your idea,I wish my son was little older so he can take some photos during the year and with some photos when he was smaller put them at a scrapbook.I thing 1-2 years later he can do it.
Now about my mother,I don't even thinking buy or do anything for her at mother's day......long story.

I'm sorry about you and your mom, as I guess there is a rift. As far as your son, in another 2 years, he can take a photo. For now, just enjoy him, as they get old really fast. Happy Mother's day sugar.

Hi Sugar, Yes this would be a wonderful present to buy for Mother's Day I certainly know that I love looking through photo albums especially of my children and now with my grandchildren coming along so this would make a really great present for Mother's day.

Margieanne this is a wonderful suggestion. I emailed my kids and told them that I would prefer instead of a bought gift this year, for them to write me a letter or story sharing some of their favorite memories of their childhood with me. I can't wait to see what they write about. Great discussion by the way A++++
