Not a rollercoster ride although it feels that way at times. Do you sometimes feel like everything is wonderful nothing can get any better and then someone or something just brings you down. I mean so low you feel like crying. That happened to me today lol.I was in a great mood till it was spoiled. I am not the type to get mad or upset for little things but I wear my heart on my sleeve and sometimes my heart does get hurt. I will bounce back I always do. But right now i just wanna go crawl into a closet and cry. lol. Have you ever felt that way?? Please dont ask me what happened because I don't want to say. it was me being stupid again lol. I'll be fine tomorrow maybe even after i type this out. But i think Ill go cry and be back later lol. Have fun you all and keep smiling for me :)

I react to things the same way. I'm going along just fine then something happens and my mood changes. I have had to learn to not let circumstances ruin my day. I need to rise above the circumstances and be joyful no matter what happens. Many times a good cry will relieve the pressure and you can bounce right back. Best wishes.

I won't ask what happened but if you need someone to talk to I'm right here. Hope you are feeling better tommorrow. Take care.

I can feel for you, Snow, because yes, I've been there a few times myself. You just get over it one time, and things are good again, then it's as though you're having too much of a good life and in comes that old balancing hand again, and knocks you back down.
As you say, it will get better, but in the meantime, here's a BIG ((((((((((HUGGGGGGGGGG)))))))))) for you. When you come back, I hope you'll be back to your old, receptive, lovable self. Brightest Blessings my friend... give me a smile! :-)

Life definitely feels like a rollercoaster ride. I have some days where everything is pretty wonderful and grand but usually someone or something is waiting to ruin it right at the end of the day or something. I feel like crying alot of times because I try very hard for everything, peace of mind especially. I always bounce back too but it wears me out with frustration. I'm sorry you are going through this too but if we stay strong, we will overcome if we keep on trying and doing our best.

I have had days like these. I feel for you, I think this is depression. I hope you feel up again soon. I can relate a lot to what you have said, by wearing your heart on your sleeve. This opens you up to get hurt more easily. But you can't help it because it is who you are. Lots of (((hugs))) going your way. Kindest regards. xxxx

I feel that my life has always been something of a rollercoaster ride, up one moment and down the next. I do suffer from bouts of depression, when things get so bad that I just want to hide in a dark corner and cry. Other times I am up on cloud nine and singing my heart out. I find that the best thing for me when I am down is to have a good cry and get it all out of my system, then I can face up to the day again

That sounds like depression. You try real hard to put on a happy face but it does not take a lot to tear you down. I hope you feel better after your cry. Maybe you should talk to your doctor about this situation of extreme mood swings. It is not healthy to have your emotions swing too hard too fast. Maybe there is something your doctor could suggest to help you keep things a little more balanced.

I experience that also. And i think all of us experience that because there are many ups and down in our lives, its part of our life it depends only how we handle it.I am a moody person, sometimes i wake up in a good mood and when i arrive at school someone ruin my life then my day would be sad and ruin.I am easily get discourage or disappoint of many things. But i do easily recovered.

I get that way from time to time, although I do blame a lot of it on Depression. There are times when I'm in a wonderful mood and then someone will say something and it just knocks me right down again. I've sat and cried at times, and then cried because of my own stupidity lol.
It sounds like you've had a rough day. Ride it out. Tomorrow is a new day, and everything will feel better tomorrow. Sending positive vibes your way.

oh sweet snow - yes know exactly what you mean! I have been there before - think because you always try to see yhe good in people and help others along and you expect others to be the same and when they are the opposite you feel hurt and wounded deeply! Don't worry honey - as you say have a good ole cry and you will feel much better - do no let them get you down sweetheart! xx
