Yes is definitely believe that our team will be back in its original form and will start dictating terms to other teams...now the selection process will be going to be more fair and transparent and every deserving player will get its chance....so its just a matter of time when our glorious cricket days will be back....

Yes... It will definitely improve...Some day...I hope that day comes sooner then later though...But I think till Rahul Dravid is captain there are very little chances of us improving...

Yes they can but only if they bring new players into the team and make those already on the team earn their place. It is no good keeping players on the team just because they have been around for a long time. If they are not performing, then drop them until they improve their performance. If they do not improve, then there is no place for them on the team. Everyone who plays cricket should know that they are not guaranteed a place on the team but it is something that they have to earn. That will provide incentive for everyone, from the old veteran players to the new comers. Then and only then will the Indian Cricket Team once again become a force to be reckoned with on the international cricket grounds. I wish them all the luck in the world, as it is good to have good competitors who are playing their best.

Like Australian team, if the cricket is played for cricket's sake and not for endorsements and personal records, then certainly our cricket will pick up soon. There are good younger players around. Seniors should not think that they have to be in the field always. Give way for youngsters. How Lara gracefully retired? Why not our seniors do that? Is it not enough what they have earned so far? Let them give way for youngsters. Let there not be recommendations, nepotisms and regional preferences in the selection process. Then you see, INDIAN CRICKET WILL CERTAINLY ROCK.

Like even after world cup debacle in 2003 south africa has been playing welll and even held no.1 ranking for brief while. So why not? India can also bounce back. It is good that there is more stress to get youth, fresh legs in the team. To improve fitness & fielding of the players. I feel getting bowling coach and fielding coach is step in the right direction. Hopefully with giving incentives to players and cutting endorsements will make players concetrate on the game and work harder & surely no one will take his place for granted. For that strong domestic cricket setup and under19 under21 teams needs to be built so that good supply of players for national team is always there. And selectors should be professionals so that they can be held accountable for selections. With India winning it's first ODI against bangladesh after some hiccups it is good sign for indian cricket.
