do you still pray when you wake up every morning..?

Most of the time when I wake, I say Thank You Jesus. I do admit, I don't always do that as soon as I wake but I do Thank God for each and everyday he allows me to see.

sometimes i forget to pray, but i'll make sure that each day i can pray everymorning before i got out from bed and i'll make sure to pray everyday.. prayer can make you happy everyday and make you realize how beautiful the day is :) happy mylotting :)

I frankly don't or hadn't done that for a long time.. Don't know.. can't recall the last time I prayed after waking up or before sleeping either.. Then again, whenever I'm out for a long trip, I often just look high up and utter 'thanks' for living another day.. that was during my college days.. going to school..

Same here girl, its a way of saying thank you for another bright new day and for a new life ahead. Though sometimes if Im in a hurry what i do i just make a sign of a cross for guidance and protection through out the day.

I should, but I have to be honest that I don't always. God has blessed me so much that I shouldn't forget Him when I awake. Thanks for bringing this up and making me aware of what is important. From now on I will try to thank God every morning and every night. Great post!

Sometimes I forget to, but I try to remember to give God my thoughts and ask him for some mercy for all of us. Not only at morning, at night too. KEEP going to CHURCH!!

yes i pray. actulaly each morning a time is kept aside for my prayers. i pray each day iin the morning. i pray for all things to be nice for that day and all.

I pray in my heart because God is omnipresent and I am convinced that He listens to everyone anywhere.

Hi zerocharly, Yes I do. I used to pray in the morning to thank him for another brand new day and his guidance all throughout,early in the morning also is my quiet time where I read my bible, it's best way to start new day right :) Thanks and have blessed day ahead..

Honestly, no I don't. Sometimes I pray throughout the day if I dont do it as soon as I wake up. I always pray everyday, just not each morning. It is something that I am definitely trying to work on though. I can sit here and give excuses as to why, but that's exactly what they are..excuses. There should be no excuse as to why God isn't our top priority. After all, He is the reason why we are living, breathing, etc. A lot of things that we take for granted. In addition to praying everyday, we should also read our bibles everyday. Also praying every morning is just as important as praying everynight.

I used to pray during my childhood days..but i now i din't get time as i have to rush early in the morning to catch my office bus.. :(

yes even today i pray when i get up in the morning. it has become a habit for me to pray daily in the morning. other than religious sentiments getting up early and praying makes one healthy what ever religion it may be.

I don't do it audibly but I do t hank God for giving me another day and for all the blessings he has giving me throughout my life.

Yes, I still pray when I wake up every morning but sometimes because of my tired ness I forget to pray , I just get up say praise the lord and then do my work but it is always good to pray and then start our day only because of god's blessing we live today and our life should be blessing to others as well.

I pray at night before I go to sleep and very seldom pray in the morning. I need to start praying in the morning as well. I think faith is important and sometimes I forget to make it a part of my everyday life.

I get up at 4.00am every morning and practise the spiritual techniques that i have been taught for 2 hours. then i sleep until 8.00am and then just before getting up i once again pray and thank him for keeping me alive and to take part in the activities for which he has created me.Moreover throughout the day i remember him by constantly chanting his name under my breat.

I pray before I sleep. I pray that I'd get through the night and live another day. And when I wake up, it's a good feeling to know that I am still here on earth. And yes, I pray when I wake up. I pray to thank God for keeping me alive and for giving me the opportunity to spend more time with the people I love. I feel the same way as you and do the same thing that you do. ^^

I pray every morning. I pray when I need the most help, I send a small prayer every time I start the car. At night As I tuck my beautiful 8 year old daughter in I send a large prayer out thanking him that he gave me the power to be a mother.
