vitamins, supplements to take it or not to take?

I'm currently taking GNC multivitamins, specifically Mega Men Sports. I must say that it's truly quite effective. I feel energized and very upbeat. If you're currently engaged in extremely demanding and energy-depleting sport/s, try to look for Mega Men's counterpart (the one for women) in GNC. Apart from such multivitamins, I regularly take fish oil. It basically serves as an antioxidant and is generally believed to fight free radicals. If you intend to likewise take fish oil, just kindly look for it in GNC as well. I hope that my response could be of help.
