There are only two things in every aspect of life. Like man and woman, day and night, good and bad. happy and sorrow etc.... Chinese call it as Yin and Yan principle/philosophy. Isnt it more appropriate.

Yin and Yang are the cosmic opposites of each other. Yang stands for everything that is masculine such as male, the sun, fire, and aggressiveness to name a few. Yin assumes the opposite roles - female, moon, water, mellowness and others. It's how the chinese interpret the workings of nature - that there are always dual roles in conflict with one another, none having the greater influence. This is what we call the in-Yang balance and things are in harmony. This can also be extrapolated to the human body. If your Yin-Yang is unbalanced due to either heatiness or coolness, you need to counter it in order to restore the balance to your body.

We have different way of interpreting life and its aspects. But no harm in knowing something new. It will be good if you explain Yin/Yan in details.
