we have gotten to let things like this happen. Ok I just read this article about a dry cleaning company loosing Roy P.. pants and he is suing for $65 million dollars. If the judge does not through this out of court then I think the judge should pay the charges. We have people getting killed, raped, people pushing drugs, ect and stupid things like this are aloud in the courts to take up more of our tax dollars. Who care about loosing a pair of pants, go out and but another pair. America just keeps getting more and more down hill everyday. It just went through me when I read this...http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/04/25/AR2007042502763_pf.html

I do not think the mans hould be granted enven close to that amount. I think he should sue for the amount the pants is worth. meaning if the pants is two years old. Than they need to deduct 2 yrs of wear of the price of the pants. That man is looking for easy money.....if he gets it. He will loose it as fast as he gains it. People like that usally do.

I heard about that, too. It's one of the stupidest things anyone could ever do, but if the judge allows this to even come to trial, that's even worse.

Yep, that is really silly indeed but they think their case is more important than all the other important cases out there.
