Where are the Early Servants of God who existed before Jesus' coming to Earth?

When Jesus was on earth, in his teaching to Nicodemus, he made it clear that 'No man has ever gone up to heaven except him that decended from there' John 3:13. So, if this is so, then where did the early servants of God go when they died, moreover they were approved servants. Remember Abraham, Jacob, David,Job, Jeremiah only to mention a few?.
