My favorite cook recipe, try it!

I'll share my favorite cook recipe for ypu, girls, mom and others. This recipe is: "NASI GORENG JAWA (JAVANESE FRIED RICE)"Ingredients: ------------- - 500 gr white rice - 3 spoons green onion oil - 3 leaves green onion, cut rough - 1 spoon sweet soysauce - 1 spoon salt Pulverized and mixed spicies 5 shallots 2 cloves garlic 6 red chillies 1/2 tomato 1/2 spoon roasted "terasi" (shrimp paste) Garnish sliced omellete, sliced tomato and sliced cucumber method - saute the pulverized spicies till gets good aroma than add rice mix them well. - Add sliced green onion, soysauce and salt, mix well again till all weldone. - serve together with garnish. Annotation: Terasi is condiment made of pounded and fermented shrimp or fish. You can leave it out if there is not available at your area. Or if you like you can put some fresh shrimp instead. ehm.... this is very delicious lets you try! and give me a comment!

It sounds good. I will have to get the indredients before I can try it. I really like trying new recipes. We get so tired of the same things. Thanks for sharing it.

wow!!!! , this is a great recipe. i will love to prepare this one day. but i will wait for my hubby also and i would prefer some of his friends or some guests , any relative to invite and then serve such an awesome thing, so that they are bound to ask question as how i have prepared this and from where did i learnt all. i love to invite people on meals and serve them new - new items every time they come so that they also enjoy coming and having food at our place.

i have more recipe about fried rice, like :" Simple Fried Rice, pineaple fried rice, special fried rice, Special fried rice, etc." But I must work hard to translate thats recipe to english. ha... ha... (as you know, my english language is bad). And if you like that recipe, you can request the recipe above to me in "message". And i will send to you. lol...

That sounds YUM! Thanks so much for sharing this with us. My two kids and I love rice but my hubby finds it too bland...maybe this recipe will change his mind!
