Discussions in Mylot

My experience shows that I am getting a lot of responeses if I start discussions on an easy subject for example " I am starting a discussion, How old are you?". But if start something serious , I am not getting much response. What is the reason? ( I do not think that the ability to think is not in the brain of mylot members)

I have the same experience,too.
don't worry about that too much.
you can post simple discussions,but be careful to avoid some question like how old are you, as it will offend the rules of mylot and if you offend it , your discussion will be deleted.

I think that people are using mylot as a means of money rather than as a medium of discussion(i may be wrong) or they think that lot of discussion which are more serious requires lot of thinking .also they are finding more fun in
increasing their response numbers and they think that lot of participation means lot money and stars.most of them participating seems to be participating just for fun .yes it is fun also
