We all know that every meaty can goods nowadays we see are ready to be served and no need to cook. But there are really some people that they'll still have to cook it otherwise though there's no need cooking them. My question is, do you eat can goods as it is, or you still have to cook them? Does eating them as it is are really safe? If not or if so, what are the best suggestions you can give or share with us here.

I like eating my canned goods, like vegetables, heated. It tastes better.

Yes true, it's much more tastier when warming them up then, you could really eat it as if there's another flavor to it. Lol Thanks for sharing.

I sometimes eat canned goods specially if we have no other food to cook or there's no more time for cooking. I guess I'm a flexible person too. Sometimes I prefer to eat it as is or add some ingredients to make it taste better. I'm not sure if this is harmful for our health. The best thing we could do is to check it's expiry date and clean the top thoroughly before opening to avoid any dirts it may have.

Yes, canned goods really are good for any convenience events much easier to prepare and served. That is good you're flexible and you could do things in a hurry, specially when it comes to food preparation. Thanks for sharing.

I find that most canned goods will say on them ready-cooked and I would eat them as is, or warm them through first to make them more tasty. Mostly I would read what it said on the label and follow those instructions. But I tend to use canned food only as a convenience and much prefer the fresh food, that is cooked from scratch.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Yeah, it gets to taste more tastier when it's warm comparing to eat it as is...that's only my personal mind thought :-)

Most canned goods have a stale taste. I normally cook these to enhance the taste or make it more nutritious by adding veggies.

That is good, it's truly more tasteful if you have to add some more ingredients to it. Thanks for sharing :-)
