Did You Know Your eye colour is determined by a pigment called melanin - the same substance that gives skin and hair colour. People with brown eyes have more melanin in their irises. Also I would like to tell you that I have learnt beautiful your people are accidents of nature, but beautiful old people are works of art.

I really didn't know that melanin influenced the colour of your eyes - I bet if I tell you I have very pale grey/blue eyes you will know that I do no tan -at all! I have four skin colours: blue, white, pink and red! xxx

yes I knew that, and that is also why dark eyes are less fragile than blue or green eyes. The melanin being more importnat portects the eyes better, just like a tanned skin protects better from the sun I also like your quote, it is very cute ;-)

What about black eyes? Why mention brown when it is not the darkest color? I think I have black eyes. Or eyes so blue that it is black.
