Personally, I love all kinds of chicken, in whatever way it is cooked, but chicken bbq is the one I love the most. How about you? How do you like your chicken cooked and why?

Same here, I love barbecue chicken since its really tasty. I do love to it while its still warm rather than cold already. When its cold, I no longer like it and I would prefer fried chicken rather than a cold barbecued chicken.

I like it rare like my steak. Crispy on the outside and pink and bloody on the inside.

Hi, I like fried and roasted chicken. The chicken from KFC are the best as its being marinated with the secret recipe. Chicken that are marinated with honey is very tasty as well.

That chicken drenched in Italian dressing seems really good, sassymama. Perhaps even more so when eaten together with fresh salad, right? Stay active and Happy myLotting!

I like my chicken grilled, cause it's good, and healthy that way. And I prefer just the chicken not all that crusty stuff on the outside.

I might just try that unique combination one of these days, since such really intrigues me. Where is weber burger seasoning available, by the way? Thanks a lot, kimandjoe!

kimandjoe, that really seems healthy, as grilling really seems to shred off the fat of the chicken. What seasoning do you use to make it flavorful, though, if I may ask? Thanks and Happy myLotting!

I use weber burger seasoning, i know it's for burgers, but it's really good on chicken, and if you add it to steamed vegetables it's really good too.

For me it is the traditional taste of chicken curry prepared in our own rustic style with lots of chillies and pepper added.

Even if its aroma lingers long after the meal is over, I must say that chicken curry is simply inviting. The chillies and pepper added to it only heighten its flavorful goodness. Stay active and Happy myLotting!

I love Chicken Barbecue! The aroma when it's being cooked is just perfect.I also like the sweet and spicy taste of the barbecue sauce - it compliments the chicken meat. Next to barbecue i prefer it grilled then fried.

Given your statement, am I correct to say that when you eat chicken soup, you only consume the soup and leave the chicken untouched? Roasted chicken and potato salad surely seem to be a match made in heaven. Stay positive and Happy myLotting!

I'd go with grilled chicken with spicy salsa :D There's a restaurant called El Polo Loco in some of the malls here in the Philippines - they have very tasty chicken, and its combination with their salsa is awesome! I love it! For homemade food however, I like barbecue :) Thanks for the response on my discussion!

You're most welcome, oyenkai! I must agree that El Pollo Loco's combination of tasty chicken and flavorful salsa, not to mention hot pita bread, is simply awesome. It's been a long time since my last visit there but the taste of their food is something I won't easily forget. Chicken barbecue, to be sure, is also a delight to eat. Do you prepare it yourself? If you do, can you share the recipe you use? I'm quite sure many mayLotters would also want to enjoy your delicious homemade chicken barbecue. Stay active and Happy myLotting!

I love fried chicken but I love the chicken adobo more. The famous filipino dish, marinaded in soy sauce, garlic and onions, sautee, add vinegar and seasoning, there you have the chicken adobo. It's soup becomes a sticky delicious sauce that really when add to rice makes a complete meal. I also like chicken barbecue or roasted one or the chicken tinola (with soup, vegetable and ginger). I also love chicken fillings in a chicken pie or chicken sandwich, much do I enjoy chicken macaroni salad.

Now you made me hungry! I really miss chicken adobo and tinola, since it actually seems like almost ages now since my tummy enjoyed these uberdelicious dishes. It's really no wonder that you love both, bing.

I absolutely hate chicken with barbecue sauce on it, but I don't mind grilled chicken-especially in salads. I think I like chicken best that way, cooked and diced into salads or on a sandwich. We ate chicken almost every week when I was growing up-Sunday roast chicken dinner...it really is true that a person can get too much of a thing. I love honey mustard glazed chicken in a big garden salad with greens, boiled eggs, cheddar cheese and honey mustard or Asian dressing.

I like it cooked just about any way. I guess I would probably have a different favorite based on my mood at the time. Sometimes I really love fried chicken, sometimes I really love rotissere chicken, I also make a really good baked chicken. BBQ chicken is also really good. I also like to make an Indian recipe called Butter Masala Chicken, it is amazing, and I actually crave it sometimes. I love it so much I learned how to make it myself. I don't think that I can choose a favorite. I can tell you however, that I am not that fond of chicken sandwiches.

hello acmepride, I make a MEAN roasted chicken! But, thats only if the chicken has bones & skin... as for boneless skinless, I still like it made in the oven... cooking it on the stovetop dries it out more and I can never BBQ properly... so the oven is th eway for me to go! Fran429

Chicken is great! you can do so much with it . I love fried chicken the most . I also like to boil a chicken , take the meat off the bones and use it for chicken tacos, chicken salad and I always use the broth to make soup . I think it's great when I can get 3 meals from one whole chicken. Chicken is a great way to stretch your food dollar!

I could not agree with you more that chicken is great, beachstarz. Not only can you cook a lot of dishes using chicken alone, you can also, as you've rightly said, use it as "a great way to stretch your food dollar." Stay positive and Happy myLotting!

I don't eat chicken anymore. Long and boring story that I don't feel like going into right now, but basically I lost the taste for it. It makes me sick to my stomach for some reason. When I had the ability to keep chicken down and found some enjoyment form consuming it, I licked bbq best.
