as a normal woman and who love its spouse of course i will be jelous.but i would not do something stupid by suspicious with my spouse to much that can make him up sad, unless if he did something really suspicious lol

I don't know if I would get jealous of someone working with my husband, but if he is flirting then I would get jealous and not just jealous, but mad. There is no reason for that.

But what if your husband wasn't the one flirting, instead it was the girl was flirting. What would you do?

Although I haven't a boy friend now, I think I won't because I trust him and I am confident of myself. As you are the one he himself choose, you must have something charming and special to him and as he is the one you choose, you should believe your own vision. So anyway there's no need to be jealous of it.
