My son in law works at walmart at nights. He just started to work there about a month now and they are always hiring. I don't know whats with the walmart at your area. i think I remember you saying awhile back saying you might get a job at walmart or maybe it was someone else. Wish I knew what to tell you did you go to the office and asked if they were hiring? Maybe you need to go again and see what the deal is. Good luck.

Thank you yes they are hiring have been for a month now. I dont know what it is I guess maybe there alot of people looking for a job and it takes time to go thru all the apps. I have heard that it is not a good place to work but I tell you right now I need a job and I am willing to start anywhere. I am going to keep checking back and maybe after they see how many times I keep checking they will see that I am ready and willing to work now.

Hi I am not sure why you are having a difficult time finding a job there, but I read on mylot the other day that someone got a job there and had a horrible time she was pregnant and she never got a break she was also over worked and they never gave her a seat to sit on at the till where she worked. If I was you I would look for work somewhere else and consider you had a lucky escape because I believe they do not treat their staff well at all.

Go to customer service and ask for the Regioanl Managers number. Go higher up as needed is my ways of getting any type of action from large sorporations/companies. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

Your guess is as good as mine. I tried several times when I first moved here to Kentucky to get hired on at Wal-Mart and each time I would get interviewed, and I would do a follow-up afterwards and they would all tell me they were no longer hiring. So now even if I was looking for a job and Wal-Mart was supposedly hiring I wouldn't even put my application in with them again. I enjoy shopping there, but I wouldn't work there now even if they got down on their knees and begged me to work there.

good question. i applied there once, and they told me they were not in a "hiring period".okay.. but in retrospect,it may have been a good thing.friends that did get hired, told me it sucks. they appearently think a day off is an option, not a requirement.

actually ,I think it is hard to find a job not only at walmart but in many other fields in China.it has been two years since my graduation from my university which is famous in our country, but now my salary is only eight hundred RMB.I have changed two jobs, the second is worse than the first except its working time is less.I dare not to change my job now, because I do not know when I can find another job and I do not know how about the next job.
