Why are boys better technically?

I mean, in Math and numericals, they are better without even trying! They have a right out advantage over us girls in the technical field and we can't score over them in particular topics no matter HOW hard we try. Unfair but why?

I think that girls aren't as gifted as boys. And moreover, the weight of the brain in males is way too more than in girls. So, I think that counts for the advantage. I don't believe that guys should necessarily be better than girls. I think that the girls aren't trying that well. And as far as I'm concerned I'm good at Mathematics and I analyse things well. I think most girls lack that capability and they should work on it.

I agree. I am so good in Math (I believe) and Computer Science (yabang ko!!), subjects that require analytical skills. Also, I excel on technology applications including electronics, why is it so that men are just better on those aspects (even without studying!). Anyway, to girls, peace! I'm just very proud of myself.

Yes you are. :p Kidding. Linguistic ability and communication skill come naturally to women. Which explains why my best subject was/is English.

Boys are better b'coz they apply their thoughts. Girls just mugup what they've learnt. Boys do a lotta practice of the projects handled to them. They've proud and never giveup their work. That's it. As i am. Good topic. Thanx doc! --Nitin

Girls mugging up? Na na na. We don't analyse the things the way YOU do. We have the nature to take in everything without questioning. thats the negating point. Sigh. But then I just questioned you which lead to this comment so yea! :D

I am a woman and excelled in both math and science when I was in school. I even won an award for trigonmetry. I am now employed as a slot technician. And yes, more men then women are slot technicians but there are a few of us in the field.

Congrats! I wish to follow those footsteps too but then trigonometry was never my piece of cake..

Hi, I never admit boys are better than me, but they actually do. I want to know why too, because not only in the fields you mentioned, but also the job positions they'd like to accept boys more easily, that what I feel bad these days.
