What should his punishment be?

I saw on the news tis monring a 22 year old carjacked and beat a 91 year old World War II vet and carjacked him on May 4th in Detroit MI. The suspect was arrested on the 10th. It is bad enough to beat a senior but add to the fact that he was a vet... it makes it worse. What do you think the suspect's punishment should be? Do you think he will get off easy?

I don't really know what you judicial system will decide to do with him, but I would imagine the exact charges he faces, as well as his history will be a factor? I think they should throw the book at him, personally!

He should be put in prison, in a cell block full of vets... who know what he did.

Hnestly I think he should be taken out back and beaten. THen I think he should be made to be this man's personal maid for the rest of his life. It seems to do no good to put people into jail. They just come out meaner and stronger.
