chicken salad

Today I think I am going to get my hubbie to grill chicken for dinner and make a big chcken salad with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, baby corn, olives, cucumber, green peppers, red onions, ...what do yall put in your salads that is different

I like to put mandarin oranges, pineapple tidbits, grapes, celery, cucumbers, leaf lettuce and coarse ground pepper and sea salt in my chicken salad. I also like bacon bits and crutons too. With ranch dressing and maybe some jalepeno slices if I have them. That sounds so good. I think I will make salads tonight for dinner. I dont have any chicken but I can do taco salads. I have everything I need for that. :)
