I have tried it and I absolutely love it. CornBeed and Cabbage is one of my favorite meals. Of course, I just plain love boiled cabbage so that could be a big part of it. My kids won't touch the stuff though so when I make it up it's all for me :)

My Mom used to make that all the time when I was a kid. I have never tried to make it myself. I will one day. I was so good with hot sauce and cornbread. It was one of my favorite meals. You got me thinking, I need to look that recipe up.

It's easy, just go and buy a cornbeef and cook it for a couple of hours. then cut up the cabbage and when the corn beef is done add cabbage. cabbage doesn't take that long to cook. a little salt and pepper to taste.

It tastes very good. It is easy to make.
