Bisquick would have been better, but all is not lost. You can definitely make biscuits with the pancake/waffle mix. I've included a link for dinner biscuits, but make sure you fully check out the website for more recipes for crepes and breakfast biscuits too. The chocolate chips ones sound yummy. The recipe looks really easy and it looks like you only need a few extra ingredients. http://www.hungryjack.com/recipes/details.aspx?recipeid=14308&mealDesc=Breakfast_and_Breads&title=Breakfast+%26amp%3B+Breads

preheat oven to 400. take a stick of soft margarine or butter or half cup of crisco and mix it with a cup of the mix until cornmeal texture. add any other ingredients for that amount until just beyond moist so you can drop it onto a cookie sheet or pan and not spread out thin. bake until a nice golden brown. adjust to taste and consistancy for next time.

biscuits - drop biscuits
I see that you were already provided with the link to the site. I actually have the site saved because I picked up a box of hungry jack mix for my sister and she asked the very same question about the biscuits.
