I think that's cute. Your daughter would be a buddy photographer. If you can't afford it, you should try getting her the disposable cameras, though I don't think she would have that much fun with it because she wouldn't be able to preview her pictures. If I really want something I always find great bargains at Ebay.

I've been trying on ebay. Its a pretty hot item right now so everyone is out bidding me. They end up spending more on ebay then you would at the store.

Yeah, I think some people just don't like the thought of being outbidded that they end up spending more. But I always get great bargains at Ebay because there are a lot of great liquidated stuff sold there than if I buy it here in my country.

i bought one for my daughter when she was 3 and we were going to disney world. she had a blast with it. it's easy to use and isn't that hard on batteries, not as hard as my digital camera. it doesn't take the greatest pics indoors, but out in the sun it's really good. my daughter can take sometiems up to 70 pictures with it.

Many thanks to the orginal poster and to the one who has replied. I was wondering about his too. I have a little grandaughter for whom I was considering this as a birthday gift! It seems like the perfect birthday gift to me!
