NBA Live 2007

I hv downloaded NBA Live 2007 for my PC through rapidshare links. But, now when I run d game, it doesn't start n says d3d9.dll file missing, reinstalling d application may fix d problem. But, I hv reinstalled it several times but d same message comes every time. Can any1 plz help me. Ii took me nine days 2 download d game, plz help me. D game is even not available in my region i.e., Faridabad. Plz suggest d solution as quick as u can. Thnx!
