I love the spring, but the worst month of the year for me is May. I am so allergic to tree pollen that I can barely stay outside for more than a few minutes before having an allergy attack. I am taking daily medication, but it is still very bad this year. Do you have seasonal allergies and if so, how do you cope with them? What do you do to relieve the itchy eyes, runny nose and scratchy throat?

Sometimes my seasonal spring and summer allergies are really bad. Most times I get severe sinus pain and migraines. For years, I did not know that I was suffering from sinusitis. Now, I know how to treat the illness when it happens.

We live in a small town surrounded with corn fields. the worst is when the seedlings gets sprayed with insecticides and a lot of us dont take well to that. and then harvest time comes and the dust and plant particles overwhelmes everyone. yes, you can say we know about allergies.

I have seasonal allergies to no end i am allergic to pollen, ragweed and freshly moved grass. I take my allergy meds but it dont take away everything but it does help alot at least i can function enough to go out and do things outside. It is a shame really spring is such a pretty time of the year and one a person should be able to become more productive but allergies really make it hard to enjoy to the full extent.

I have allergies too, and it is awful I sneeze, runny nose, itchy eyes the works. I take flonase daily and that takes time to work. I try to stay away from parks and places where there are a lot of flowers during the warm weather. I have a heck of a time coping with them.

Ever since my high school decided to put a new roof on the building I have had allergies in the spring and fall. But I moved into a new condo this year and I had allergies for 2 days. The sneezing went away after the alavert medicine wore off. So I am not taking any medicine and I am fine. I am allergic to dust, pollen, dogs, cats, cocoa, soy. I used to have to eat constantly. As long as I was chewing my allergies were not bothering me. The other solution was to keep my eyes closed. But then I would fall asleep.

hi wachit14. I don't know if you call this seasonal allergy but everytime the acacia tree flowers I get frequent sneezing and runny nose. I usually just let the allergy run its course for like a few minutes to a few hours. If it doesn't stop I take a tablet of antihistamine. I drink warm water and lots of coffee.
