For most,I am also a servant of my habits , but I do try out new things before I die of boredom. When I get tired of the routine ,I try to break free and in the process of compensating I sometimes overwhelm myself. Then I try to get back to my comfort zone having learnt something new.

That is a good way of explaining it. I think that is what I do too. I stray away, then I come back and get back into the same routine and take comfort in it!

Yes Renae it seems that we are! I am a mix of both, I do like the structure of schedule, but sometimes I love to just make a change and throw things to the wind! Take care!

Me a creature of habit? Hey I hate being called a creature. Hahahaha!! But seriously I am in no way a creature of habit. I do whatever comes to mind daily. The only habitual habit I have is the way I do mylotting daily. I also change things up as I hate repetative things in my life. My wife is a serious creature of habit. For many many years now she orders the same thing at restaraunts be it fast food or a sit down restaraunt. That drives me batty. I always tell her to try something different but she is set in her ways. I can't stand that aspect of her. But oh well I live with it. Thanks for a wonderful discussion also.
HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

I wish I could be more like you more often. I tend to do the same as your wife and it drives me batty sometimes LOL! My husband also tells me to try something new or even my daughter will. I am very set in my ways when it comes to things I do. Thanks for commenting!

That is me pretty much. When I like something I continue to do it that way, or I continue to have the same habit time and again, or I eat the same thing at a restaurant because I know that is what I like. Thanks for the comment!

no i wont call myself a man of habbits , i let the day decide what to do and how to do , i belive each day must be lived differently . though i am not against a life with habbits and deciplines , but that will come for me after a few years i guess.

It is not necessary to live your life in a set pattern, some people just choose to do so because it is more comfortable for them. I think it should be good that you are spontaneous and live day to day. Thanks for commenting!
