Summer camps keep the children healthy in their outlook. The camps also promote mutual understanding. They are particularly helpful for problem children who are hyperactive and aggressive. Summer camps provide a good experience for a better future - a future of confidence.

I agree with you. Kids need programs like this to get exposure to a positive environment that offers a variety of situations and interactions.

Yes summer camps are really good for getting studies over vocational learning!! And learning some extra caricular activites!! But honestly I never got to see a summer camp. Cause my parents thought that it is of no use so why to waste any money over it?? So we used to go on holiday trips in my summer vacations. Because of that I never got see any summer camp!! But know a lot about this.

I agree with you.But the success of this type of camp depends on the type of the authority who conduct such camps. In such camps children's can openly share their problems.

I think summer camps are great! My granddaughter is going to 4-H Camp this year, her first year. My boys went to all kinds of camps when they were young, it was so good for them. I just felt it enriched their lives more, but I sure did miss them.

I agree. I have attended a Microcontrollers Summer Camp last year. Even if it's a geeky type thing, it was fun. We had enough socializations, lectures, sidetrips and etc. I hope I could go to another free summer camp far far away from home.
