By nature what do u like? Do u really enjoy taking challenges related to your work life? Or u just try to avoid it as much as possible. For me , i like to take challenges in my workplace. There are so many that I have taken till date. Also I feel that multitasking and working in pressurized condition make best out of me. Share your views about it.

I love challenges they are the reason that makes me stronger and grow as a human being. I use to avoid them thinking it will go away...but just like a problem it doesn't go away you have to face them...I learn that if I take the challenge no matter what I have a chance in finding the solution or over coming my challenge but if I move on or avoid it...the challenge or problem only become stronger and I will loose in the end...

i love to feel challenge but not as negative part of my life its must be on my positive side and thus my life become adventourous and interesting.I think multitasking is not what we feel is a pressure but its our responsibilities we have to fulfil to work in single day thus we can become more positive by thinking these are our intregral part of our body and we should enjoy them.

Yes, I always like to take challenges in life and achieve it. It has become a habit from my school days to take challenges which will be within my capacity, but requires hardwork, dedicating and urge to achieve. I am able to do most challenges I have taken.

I dont know to which world u pepl belong to.if there are no challenges then y u want to take them by your self.by taking a challenge means taking pressure and as a result simply a tension of mind.so if a normal person feels adged at 60's you will feel it at 40's.so my advise is that you should avoid taking the challenges.enjoy this life by sleeping in extra time.like me.am a civil engineer.and when my boss is not there i go to sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep.even when i am on site i go to sleep in some corner or other hidouts.if you will follow my principles you will feeeel relaxed.for any further quarries contact me

Hi,i like to take challenges only because in life we taste both sorrows and happiness too. So,like that we have to take challenges also because when we take a challenge and taste then only we will know what is life,if we fail in that then we will learn a lesson. If we win in that then we will know to take an another challenge, this is my life and this is my point of view,i suggest everyone to do this.I hope they will.Because this is only life.

Normally an ambitious person always likes to take challenges in life. In this way he has to spend lots of effort and time and may encounter much difficulties and pains during the cause. Once he has achieved his goal he’ll have the greatest satisfaction. Should he fail he’ll feel deeply depressed most probably. On the other hand those people who try to avoid taking challenges in life will never suffer what the ambitious guy had experienced and he just takes thing easy and carry on smoothly with little problem in life. In my personal view I rather be an ambitious person who is always willing to take challenges in life so as to live the fullest. I doubt my ability lol.

Any serious minded staff or executive will like to take on challenges. I for one will always welcome any challenge in my work place no matter how difficult the circumstance maybe. Taking up challenges brings out more flare in me and makes more dedicated to my job.

i say i don't really avoid it because when i am challenged i rise up to it. By nature im a very laid back person, i like things simple, quiet and peaceful. I don't like to compete and i don't like to be challenged and pressured always. If given a choice i would rather go to the mountain and read a book or just enjoy nature rather than stay here at the office and answer calls from the angry customers and selling products. I would just love to take a hike on the mountain or walk at the beach. That is why everybody seems to think im a weakling but then i don't tell them they are wrong..this is the way i am. This is the life i chose and i am happy with the way things are and the way i am. And for those who really know me which by the way are very few...they know me and thats enough. They know what i have gone through in life.

Rather than avoiding challenges, it is more likely to face it. The good thing is that, you were able to prove to yourself that at least you done that something..., that you've been courageous to fight it all. It's the honor of facing it because it has been a part of life. If you are just trying to avoid it, then, most of the times, you'll go nuts!

I like challenges without them the job or work would be boring and I would be unable to do it. I dislike routines I want something that will stimulate my mind, I have always been a multitasker and I work my best in problem solving positions. i am a troubleshooter.
