Newspapers - will they be extinct anytime soon

With more and more people depending on the internet and television for their news will newspapers be out of business anytime soon.

Eventaully yes...many smaller papers are being bought up by larger ones like USA Today and as technology becomes more in home...it will all be online..

No way. I know many people who do not have computers and don't watch the news on TV. They depend on their newspapers for information. I get a lot of information from my newspaper that is never on TV or the internet.

coz of d ever increasing population worlwide n meeting dere demand is son gonna be a very difficult task....i bet on that!!!!!

People still rely heavily on hardcopies of resources for information. Saying newspapers might become exinct is like saying television and movies will take over books. Its on a same scale as sending letters versus e-mails. Sometimes hardcopy letters are more efficient than virtual e-mails.
