cool off. dont mind what she is saying, you know yourself more than her. she's not your boss so dont listen to her.

Next time she does that again, tell her "I'm busy" if she insists tell her "ok, but later, i have somethings to attend to" and be firm. She always ask you to do things because you perform them or because you obey her. Try to drag things, as you mentioned, it is her work and probably your boss ask her to do it. So if you drag it you'll boss will follow up on her, then it is her neck on the line. If she blames you, tell her you warned her that your busy. If nothing has change, next time she asked you to do something or get something, give it to your boss, not to her. Just be sure that your boss did asked her to do that, so your boss will know that you are the one who did the job. I hope i made some sense. lol If things did not work out, by all means beat her. hahaha. I have an office mate who is so.. grrrr. I just ignored her. Don't think about her, just pretend she doesn't exist, you have better things to worry about. Cheer up! ;)

Don't beat her up at your job...wait until you get off...LOL!! I have worked with women like that!! My response to her would be" Sure, I'll go pick up the whatever as soon as __________(insert your boss's name) tells me to go!" That way you are letting her know you are a team player but you only take orders from one person and that's your boss! Its hard to work with people like that so I can understand your frustration!! You do exactly what #1 said which is you should go talk to your boss and inform her of what that girl is doing to you & how you are feeling about the situation.

as uyou told she is not your boss than why u obeying her order. do one thing ignore her order, there will be no more order by her be strong man, if you can..!!!!! good luck

Your statement shows that you doubt it may be your boss's order.....then what is the problem to do that? In a work place everybody should make maximum adjustments and work....You dont hate or beat her......try to understand the situation......if you are hating one person today, you will hate more than one in the coming days......and after one or two months you will hate everybody and everybody will hate you.......everything depends on the approach to a problem.......face the realities

I think as long as you can ignore her when she's doing something, you can euphemistically rejected her, or pretend no time. I think if she is not a fool should understand your point.
