I weigh around 180 pounds and I feel that is too much for my height which is 5'6". I hope you guys will suggest which diet plan is the best? I dont want taking any diet pills or those kind of stuff, but I also don't want to starve myself to death

i suggest you substitute some of your regular meals with healthier ones (i.e. fruites and vegetables). eating foods high in fibre also keeps you full for a long time and aren't very fattening. Those would be oats and cereals. good luck!

Hi here is a suggestion that i can provide to you, try Kankunis tea, I have been using it for a year and I lost around 5 pounds a month to it. The problem is its a laxative, that means you poop atleast 3 times a day. But you can predict when it will take effect, it takes 4 hours before the first bowel comes and 2 hours later the next, so its better if you drink it before going to sleep and wake up to relieve yourself before coming to the office. You wont poop often if you are asleep. It works by improving your metabolic rate and removing cholesterol in your intestines. It also removes the fat you eat while digesting and you just poop it out.

Starving is effective way to keep fit,but not a healthy way.If you just depented on starving to keep fit,it would harm you body. It's sure that taking diet pills is not good, either. You can try some ways as followed. 1,To eat some white meat, such as chicken, fish; 2,Do not have rice and meat toghter; 3,To drink tea after meal.Pu'er is the best one. 4,Before having meal,to drink more water or to have some fruit. Hope my suggestion can help you.

I've been working on getting my weight down as well. Unrelated to my weight I've changed to a vegan diet, which ended up being great for losing a few pounds. I think you can still eat plenty if you add exercise into your daily routine. It's taken me months just to lose 18 lbs and I go to the gym 8 hours a week. It's not a quick fix, but losing wight and keeping it off isn't an overnight thing. My advice is eat what you want... in moderation that is, and start doing something physically. I don't think it's possible to lose weight without it.

You might want to try the after 6 diet. You can only eat after 6am until before 6pm. You can change the time, depending on your lifestyle. It won't be a drastic change onyour eating habits because you can still eat what you want to eat.
