what is the most beautiful place you've ever visited

For me it's the beach of Jericoacoara in Brazil. A couple of years ago it was chosen by the Washington Post as the most beautiful of the world.
There is a fine sand beach with clear water and lots of wind for water sport like kite surf or windsurf. There is sun most of the year and a sunsetting unbelievable.
A dune region is also present and you can visit with off-road cars for hire, it's lot of fun. More in the middle there is a lake of hot water and fine white sand.
If you like being alone there is some hard to reach beaches that can give you privacy without losing your fun and the nature spetacle.

The most beautiful places I have ever ben are the waterfalls in Upper Michigan. I have been to Hawaii,Florida and Mexico but I think is Michigan is awesome.

Tokashiki(sp?) Island in Japan, it was so beautiful! The water was a beautiful blue green, like teal, color. I wish I could go back. The sand was so soft and pretty. It was white sand.

For me it would be an tiny island just off the coast of Samoa. It has a fine sandy beach on one side of it and the an exciting rocky area of the other side. The interior of the island has a narrow track through the palm trees. There are beautiful views over the neighbouring islands and it is delightful to see the waves breaking on the edge of the reef. I enjoyed snorkelling in the stunning coral sea and met many brightly coloured fish. I sayed in a fale(polynesian house). It is an open wooden building built on stilts.
The rest of Samoa was lovely as well. I enjoyed seeing a boy throw a coconut shell into a blow hole. Wow! The water shot up very high. I loved walking in the green rainforest and seeing an old polynesian pyramid almost hidden by undergrowth. It was exciting to see the fruit bats flying around. I swam in a lovely cool waterfall. One evening I saw a fire dance.
