How about a drunken chicken for dinner tonight?

LOL! This is for those of you who can't figure out what to make for dinner and are tired of the same old same old! Or at your next get together with friends and family (It will defintly be the talk of the party) And it's cooked on the grill! I have done this before many times. It's funny to look at but yummy to eat. you open a can of beer and prop the chicken a$$ side on (down) to an open can of beer. LOL! Then place it in a pan and onto the grill close cover and cook for about one hour. The beer will bubble while cooking thus basting the bird from the inside! Now that's different...It's better to marinate the chicken for about 6 hours first but usually we do it at the spur of the moment when we have cookouts with our friends.
