What are your water drinking habits?

The last few years I've been trying to drink a lot of water and mostly for health reasons. I have found that it's the only think that will really quench my thirst also. I buy at least a case of 16 oz. bottles a month and that usually goes fast. Whenever I have to leave my apartment, especially during the warmer months, I make sure to take one with me. Not only does it save me some money but it's good for me. Are you a big water drinker? Do you have a favorite brand? Do you take it with you when your out of the house?

Tap water in my city is basically undrinkable! If I had to rely on it I would be dehydrated in a day. It does bother me that we have to actually pay for water! Especially when it's something our bodies need to stay healthy.

Drink water only when you feel thirsty lot of water get to our body when we take fruits and juices.while taking water mix it with salive well chew the water well so that the message of water will send to brain also it will reduce the amount of water we take .people simply put water in the mouth and drink it or gulp.that is not a healthy way to take water.

No, but I'm trying to get back into the habit again. I am trying to lose weight and drinking lots of water would help, but I just don't like water LOL I do drink propel which is the flavoured water but can become costly. When I'm at the gym I drink a bottle of water or propel. When I walk I do the same.

I've tried all of those flavored waters and haven't found one that I could say I even care for. When I drink water from a glass I always put a slice of lemon in it.

Im from AZ so I take a cooler with me all the time and it has water in it. There is a water that I realy like, its from Hawaii, can't think of the name of it right now. But remember, you can drink to much and flush minerals from your body that you need, it will make you very sick or you can even die. So throw in a a water with minerals in it. drink at least two of them a day.

I love water and drink a lot of it especially when I am working or outside. I don't have a specific brand that I like instead, I tend to like Spring Water or Tap Water over the others. Water is healthy and I think I feel better when I drink enough of it. I would say I drink 100 ounces a day easy and more on some days.

For the most part I only drink water. Occasionally I have a cup of coffee to help get rid of a headache. I drink bottled spring water usaully. I buy it in a gallon jug at Wal-Mart for like seventy cents. If I am buying a bottle of water from the gas station I buy Dasani raspberry or grape flavored.

Hi, I always have water with me. The brand I drink is "pure life" . I think I drink about 8 bottles a day. I used to just drink my water from the tap all the time but it just tastes too much like chlorine now. cheers

I have allergies and am very limited in what I can drink. I mainly drink Propel; because, I enjoy having some flavor and it does have some vitamins added. When I drink plain water, at home, we have a filter that filters out the bad stuff. At work or if I am going somewhere I take along bottled water, usually what ever is on sale, Arrowhead or Crystal.
