Nope. Someone who blackmails another is not a friend. The worst that I experienced with my friends is being disappointed. This is far from being blackmailed. A friend is a person who remains with you in good times and bad. Anyone who blackmails cannot be considered a friend. Maybe, he/she was just mistaken of as a friend. That's why choose your friends well. Not because one treats you good means that he/she is already a friend.
