I think so. If the weather outside is cold and damp it can have an effect on the mood. I have seen discussions on here about stormy weather having an effect on people too. I'm not sure if it affects the mood of people surfing on the net. What is your experience with this?

Weather effects the mood, and mood effect the weather. If your mood is better then you will feel a better weather. If you are moodless then you will feel that the weather is not good. It means that the weather stays in innerself of a person. Can I make you understand?
