how is you memory . i m not very well from my memory side i always find my memory blank .

its good. sometimes i got so attach with my bad memories. its torturing.i keep blaming my self for what i did in the past. i guest with deleting memory help us to make something new everyday, not to be worried and just a little child we starting learn again and do our best.just like a blank new paper..

my memory is very poor. i need to read something two three times to understand it clearly. i can remember only one mobile number ..thats mine...hihi I tried improving my memory, but it didnt succeed. if i say the truth i didnt attemp well for it. very good sleep is essential and u can have memory games to improve our memory.

hi Sleepy locket. LET ME APPRECIATE UR BEAUTY FIRST. Actress Tabu seems to have a it of resemblence with u. U look too beautiful and at he same time very gentle too. :) Well why r u worrying aout memory. I am sure its better than me. I even forgot my name once. hehehehe. So just eat a lot of vegetales and try o concentrate on everything u do. Try to play memory games, tery to concentrate on small details around and u will see ur memory power increasing. Trust me. My memories been pretty good lately. Not sure what thats about hehe. I do know when I was at my worst with my manic episodes that my memory was at its worse, and I think lack of sleep added to the problem. It seems after I found a good combination of meds and therapy that worked for me that my memory got better. I've taken a few written neurological tests I didn't do that well when I first started having depression problems but I took another one last year and I did better than I did last time I took it.

In fact 4 yrs before i lost my ability t o remember peoples name s and digits .if i look at a 5digit number and take my eye icant remember that i cant remember fmy friends name .i did lot of yoga breathing pranayam things has improved not fully.and ihavelearned that there are a lot of memory techniques to improve memory .most of the time itis not poor memory causes problems .it isthe poor observation and concentration is the culprit.search net and learn techniques of Harry lorayne memory exopert his technique is queit unique and fun to use ,may be u wil lbe the winner of next world memory championship.
