Are you comfortable working while surveillance camera is pointing at you?

Dont you think its outside the boundary and envading employee private privacy? Some companies are having this kind of set-up on there office/work area. Although employees have been payed by the company, do think they trust you? Why would they like to watch you the whole time you spent working?
